WINDEATER III : 3mm thickness. Another variation of a successful
theme, this one has a totally different airfoil from I and II, and holes
to reduce spin and add drag, in order to make it a safer boom in stronger
winds. Originally designed as a CATCHABLE and PREDICTABLE boom for Trick-Catch-Event
it has a short but very practical hover that allows you to position yourself
for the catch, even in harder winds. Range 30-40 meters, depending on
weighs and tuning. This is my personal all time favorite! And everywhere
I go I take it, just because it works under almost ANY kind of condition,
calm to very windy and gusty! Wingspan 25 cm
